Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

To initiate a return or cancellation, log in to your account and select the relevant order.

You then have 14 days to return the items to us. The refund, including the initial standard delivery fees, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and display of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Right of Withdrawal (Non-EU Customers)

Voluntary Return Policy for Customers Outside the European Union

Customers residing outside the European Union are not entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal provided under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, as a gesture of goodwill and commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer the following voluntary return policy:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return an item by contacting us at [contact email].
  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Personalised items, jewellery with broken hygiene seals, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are also borne by the customer.
  • Refund: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
