Shipping Policy

Depending on the model, I need 1 to 3 days of production. Once the jewel is made, the shipping time for Europe is approximately 5 working days.

For European Union, the shipping costs are €12 and free from €150 of purchase. This includes a tracking number and insurance.

For the rest of the world, the shipping costs are €15 and are free from €150 of purchase.This includes a tracking number and insurance.

All items are sent out in a nice gift folder, ready to be offered.

Custom charges: each customer is responsible for any potential import fees levied by their countries border control.
